Permanent Reservoir Monitoring (PRM)
WGP was initially contracted by BP Norge in 2003 to design the efficient and self containerised source system to be used above the worlds first at-scale permanent Ocean Bottom Cable installation at AS Valhall.
11 successful repeat surveys later, the portable modular source (PMS) was procured by Thalassa Energy Services in 2010 and WGP was contracted by BP to provide source sub-arrays for the next 7 surveys at Valhall.
LoFS 12 was successfully completed in early September and LoFS 13 was also successfully completed early May 2011. LoFS 14 mobilisation phase started August 2011.
