New CEO for WGP
John Duncan established Westland GeoProjects Ltd (WGP) back in 1994 and now in his 60th year it's time to let others take the helm and lead the company into the future. As part of the succession plan, Mark Burnett has been appointed to Chief Executive Officer from his previous role of Chief Operating Officer. Mark has been with the company for 12 years having previously worked in an offshore position with Western Geophysical. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Maritime Studies from Liverpool JM University which he gained in 1993 and prior to which was an Officer in the Royal Navy.
